One of the primary Booster Club’s goals is to fund programs and resources that enhance the student-athlete’s development and experience. The intent is to provide additional resources that are not covered by the school’s budget. SUBMISSIONS DUE BY JANUARY 31st.

Capital request presentations will be made at the Feb. 10th VIRTUAL meeting @6:30pm with voting occur at the March 10th IN PERSON meeting @7:30pm. We ask that Coach’s make the presentations at the February meeting, stating their case for request.

Capital Disbursement Requests presented by the coaches will be evaluated by the Booster Club Executive Board in partnership with the Athletic Director prior to voting by the membership.

Please provide itemized pricing, including shipping charges, and email any literature or other information describing the item(s) requested.  Also please list other funding sources, including donations from parents or other groups.  If your disbursement request is granted, (absent significant mitigating circumstances), your authorized funds must be used to complete the capital purchase by the end of February or such funds will be returned to the club’s general fund.
